Crochet White and Pink Cat Ears – Easy Step-by-Step Tutorial
Looking for a cute and easy crochet project? In this tutorial, I will show you how to crochet white and pink cat ears using simple crochet stitches.
This crochet cat ear pattern is a small and fun project that is suitable for beginners. The finished piece can be used for various craft projects, decorations, hair accessories, dolls, amigurumi, or other cute handmade creations.
Materials
For this project, you will need:
Pink yarn
White yarn
Crochet hook suitable for your yarn
Scissors
Yarn needle
Crochet Stitches Used
This pattern uses basic crochet stitches:
MR = Magic Ring
ch = Chain
sc = Single Crochet
If you are new to crochet, don't worry. The pattern is worked with simple stitches and only requires a few rows.
How to Crochet the Pink Cat Ear
Start by making the first piece in pink.
Round 1 :
Make 7 sc into a magic ring (MR). Pull the yarn tail to close the ring, ch 1, and turn.
Round 2 :
3 sc, 3 sc in the next stitch, 3 sc, ch 1, and turn.
Round 3 :
2 sc in the first stitch, 3 sc, 3 sc in the next stitch, 3 sc, 2 sc in the last stitch, ch 1, and turn.
Round 4 :
2 sc in the first stitch, 5 sc, 3 sc in the next stitch, 5 sc, 2 sc in the last stitch, ch 1.
Cut the yarn and weave in the yarn tail at the center of the piece.
Make the White Piece
Make another piece in white using the same pattern.
However, do not cut the yarn after finishing the white piece.
Place the white and pink pieces together with the wrong sides facing each other.
Insert your crochet hook through the white loop and work through the back loop of the pink piece.
Work:
8 sc, 3 sc in the next stitch, 8 sc, and 1 sc in the last stitch.
Then work:
9 sc and 1 sc in the first stitch.
Cut the yarn, fasten off, and weave in all yarn ends neatly.
